ingredients:1 kg fish (milkfish),

Add all of ingredients in the pressure cooker. Cook for about 1 hour with a small heat until the fishbone softer . Cover fish with egg, then deep fried ^^
ingredients:1 whole chicken or I used 5 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)50 ml water2 tbsp lemon juice4 tbsp cooking oil3 lemon leaves1 tbsp sugarspices to grind:1 tomato3 cm ginger2 lemon grasses (take only the white part about 2 cm)6 red chillies100 g shallots5 cloves garlic
4 candlenuts/kemiri (optional)
directions: saute spice paste with 5 tablespoons cooking oil until fragrant, add chicken and water. Bring to boil, simmer, until no more water, then bake in the oven 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
