Ingredients:
400 g rice flour
100 g tapioca flour
peanuts, as required
4 kencur (kaemferia galanga), crushed
8 cloves garlic, crushed
4 candlenuts, crushed
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 can (400 ml) cocounut milk
900 ml water
5 lime leaves, finely sliced
cooking oil for frying
directions: combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly. Heat the oil and fry the mixture over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel.

ReplyDeleteSue sue: I´ll do the same thing if I were you. Since I´ve lived in Hamburg, I have to do it by my own. When we had Indonesian gathering, my friend is very kind to give me some rempeyek and sharing the recipe. We can find and buy rempeyek easily at "Toko Indonesia", Hamburg. But, Homemade Rempeyek is the best.

yolla: kayaknya sih kalo kacang yg dari dose itu sepertinya udah matang, kalo di goreng lagi nanti kacangnya apa nggak gosong duluan, mungkin lho ya..belum pernah nyoba :)
