I don´t know why it´s called Rujak Pengantin/Wedding Salad. Anybody has a clue?
Ingredients:
Salad/lettuce, carrots, cabbage, boiled eggs, boiled potato, emping crackers, fried tofu

This is Ayam Bakar Kecap (2)/Grilled Chicken with sweet soya sauce ala mbak Anggiek. Colourful extra accompaniments are vegetables and sambal lado mudo, served together with warm rice. Just simple snacks to accompany our afternoon tea. When I was in Bandung, West Java, I used to buy Odading from a travelling vendor. Here, I get sudden craving for this snacks and have to make it by my self ^_^. I added some sliced bananas into batters.

Children like waffles. It´s such an easy recipe that I´ve got from one of teachers in Westerschule. Served warm and sprinkle with icing sugar or whatever you like.
