Crispy Fried Chicken

600 g dada ayam (Chicken breast)




bahan pencelup ayam: aku pake 2 kali lipatnya dari resep aslinya
10 sdm tepung terigu
4 sdm tepung maizena (aku pake Mondamin: feine Speisestärke)
2 sdt baking powder
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1/2 sdt cayenne pepper atau cabe bubuk
1-2 sdt merica hitam bubuk
semua bahan pencelup ayam dicampur dengan air es, sampel adonan agak kental

bahan tepung crispy:
10 sdm tepung terigu
3 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdt baking powder
1 sdm garam

potong dada ayam tipis kira-kira menjadi 15-20 potong, celup dalam adonan pencelup, kmdn gulingkan ke bahan tepung crispy, goreng dalam minyak panas. Minyak agak banyak sampai ayam terendam.

chicken´s batter:
10 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp Maizena/corn starch (I use Mondamin: feine Speisestärke)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or chilli powder
1-2 tsp ground black pepper
mix all with cold water (add ice cubes in the cold water) gradually, beating well until batter is smooth

for crispy flour:
10 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp maizena/corn starch (Deutsch :feine Speisestärke)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt

directions:
Dip chicken fillet into batter to coat chicken fillet on all sides. Lighly coat fillets in crispy flour, shake off the excess. Deep-fry into deep hot oil until golden brown. Drain well on absorbent paper. Serve with warm rice, chilli sauce and salad or chips ^^

mbak Retno corn flour kl di North America beda artinya. krn disini ada corn flour yang bukan artinya tepung maizena. disini sbutan buat maizena corn starche

Thanks for the recipe, baru kemaren aku liat iklannya KFC and pengen banget makan fried chicken. Tp masih trauma ama pengalaman kita terakhir makan KFC, ayamnya guede bangettttt, gga jelas itu ayam atau apa, terus terang neh KFC disini nurun banget kualitasnya setelah dibeli ama Pepsi co.
