The recipe is almost similar with Talam Ubi Ungu, but eggless.
Ingredients:
A. first layer
500 g sweet Potato, steamed, peeled and mashed
450 ml coconut milk
50 g rice flour
150 g tapioca flour
175 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 sachet (8 g) vanillie sugar
B. second layer (top layer):
400 ml coconut milk
80 g rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
directions:
Mix all ingriedents A, then steam for about 15-20 minutes.
Blend ingredients B until mix together and pour on the top of first layer. Steam again for about 10 -15 minutes.
