ingredients:
1 whole chicken or I used 5 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
50 ml water
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 lemon leaves
1 tbsp sugar
spices to grind:
1 tomato
3 cm ginger
2 lemon grasses (take only the white part about 2 cm)
6 red chillies
100 g shallots
5 cloves garlic
4 candlenuts/kemiri (optional)

directions: saute spice paste with 5 tablespoons cooking oil until fragrant, add chicken and water. Bring to boil, simmer, until no more water, then bake in the oven 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
