Serabi
Serabi or Apem Kinca
souce: Fatmah Bahalwan
ingredients:
400 g all purpose flour
2 teaspoons yeast (Hefe)
600 ml coconut milk (me: 400 coconut milk + 200 ml milk)
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 tsp pandan paste
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
sauce (kinca):
400 ml coconut milk
175 g palm sugar (gula jawa)
1 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves
