Seafood Soup

Ingredients:

 
4 carrots
25 homemade fishballs

1 or 1/2 tofu, cut into cubes
150 g peeled shrimps
mushroom (nggak pake, lagi nggak punya persediaan)
1,25 liter water
2 cm ginger
4 lime leaves
1 stalk lemon grass
10 small green chillies, cut each into 2
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 stalk spring onion, sliced
salt to taste

Directions: 

Cook water in a pan until boiling. Add sliced onion, lime leaves, lemon grass, garlic powder, green chillies, fishball, tofu and shrimps. Season with salt ad sugar.
 
Masak air dalam panci sampai mendidih. Masukkan irisan bawang bombay, daun jeruk, serai, bawang putih bubuk, potongan lombok rawit hijau. Tambahkan bak
so ikan dan udang. Bubuhi garam dan gula pasir. Sajikan hangat dengan taburan daun bawang.
