Monthly event "Let´s cook together" (Masak barang yuuk). This month´s edition is Indonesian Traditional snacks with basic ingredient: "Ubi" , steam tubers for example: potatoes, or root tubers (sweet potatoes, cassava etc). I use the similar Kue Lumpur recipe here

source: Ida Sri Wahyuningsih
ingredients:
250 g all purpose flour
250 g margarine, melted
250 g mashed potato
250 g sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon pandan pasta
400 ml coconut milk + 200 ml milk  or 600 ml coconut milk
sultanas

direction:
place sugar, eggs in a bowl of electric mixer. Beat together for about 2 minutes until thoroughly mixed. Gradually, fold in the flour, mashed potato alternately and adding milk/coconut milk between each addition. Add melted butter, pandan pasta and mix well. Put spoonfuls of batter into greased  pan, cook with moderate heat.

Oh loved this! Cook in moderate heat is a bit ambiguous. Did you steam it or bake it? What temperature and for how long? TIA!
