135 g sugar
150 g flour
15 g maizena
1/2 teaspoon emulsifier, TBM
100 g melted margarine (me: 60 g margarine+40 g butter)
50 g cooking oil
2 drops pasta pandan
1 teaspoon chocolate powder
Preheat oven to 170 °Csift flour and maizena
In a medium bowl, beat sugar+eggs+emulsifier using electric mixer until smooth about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, then melted margarine and cooking oil, mix until just combined. Divide cake mixture into 3, mix 1/4 batter with chocolate powder, 1/4 batter with pasta pandan.
Bake about 30 - 40 minutes or until cake tester/bamboo skewer inserted in centre is clean when removed.
