Lapis Surabaya Ekonomis

 
 Dian, thank you  for sharing the recipe
Ingredients:

5 eggs
150 g sugar
175 g flour
1 teaspoon emulsifier TBM/SP
60 ml milk
1/2 tsp baking powder (BP)
150 g margarine, melted
2 drops mocca pasta
2 drops pandan pasta
cherry jam/marmalade

directions:
1. grease baking pan with margarine, cover with baking paper
2. mix egg, emulsifier, sugar, flour, milk, baking powder
3. Add melted margarine, mix well
4. divide batter into 2, blend with mocca pasta and the other with pandan pasta
5. Bake in the Oven 200*C,+/- 15 - 30  minutes

Duh Bu enak banget kayaknya nih.. he he apalagi makannya ditemeni secangkir teh manis.. mmmhmmm
