Bolu Santan

I use coconut milk in this recipe instead of water :), original recipe  Water Sponge cake from Dapur Aisyah with slighly modification by me :). Thank you Wydia Sri Rusdianti for sharing the recipe via Indonesian Food Blogger

250 g flour
225 sugar
1 egg
1 tsp emulsifier TBM/SP/Ovalet
200 ml coconut milk/milk
1/2 tsp vanillie sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cacao powder + 1 tbsp hot water
one drop mocca paste

preheat oven at 180°C. Beat egg, sugar, emulsifier SP, coconut milk about 20 minutes.
Sift the flour, vanilli  sugar and baking powder together and fold into the mixture. Mix for about 5 minutes. Blend  1/3 batter  with mocca paste and cacao paste.  Bake in the oven for about 30 - 40 minutes.
