Source: Joy of Baking with slighly modification by me 2 1/4 cup cup flour 1 cup almond 1 cup sugar 1 sachet vanillie sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs
oven to 180 degrees ° C. Bake the almonds on a
baking paper for 10 minutes
or until fragrant. Let cool and then chop coarsely. Whisk the eggs.
In a large bowl
whisk the flour with the sugar, baking
powder,vanillie sugar and salt. Stir in the chopped almonds. Then add the egg
mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough in half, and on a lightly floured surface roll each half into about 7 cm wide. Bake for about 35
minutes, or until firm.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack
for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut Biscotti using a sharp knife, cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Place
the slices of biscotti on the baking Paper and bake about 10-15 minutes, turn slices over, and bake
again for another 10-15
