Semur Bola Daging /Beef Balls in Sweet Soya Sauce

1 kg ground beef , 500 g potatos
2 tomatos, divide into 4 pieces
2 onion
, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed

7 cloves, 1 bay leaf

1 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

6 tablespoons Kecap Manis "Bango"/Sweet Soya Sauce
500 ml water
salt, 4 tablespoons cooking oil

directions: ball the ground beef and place them in a baking pan. Bake the beef balls in a moderately hot oven, 180°C for about 20 minutes. Set aside. Heat the oil in a pan, saute garlics and onion until fragrant. Pour in water, sweet soya sauce and add other ingredients including baked beef balls. Bring the liquid to the boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
