Risoles

Have a nice weekend, everybody!

ingredients: yields for 24 servings



for skin

200 g all purpose flour
500 ml milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil or margarine

2-3 white eggs
bread crumbs
cooking oil for frying

filling: chicken ragout with vegetables
