ingredients:
1 kg chicken thigh
200 ml yogurt
4 -5 cloves of garlic, chopped, sauted
4 -5 cloves of garlic, chopped, sauted
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt
marinate chicken with yogurt, turmeric powder, black pepper, salt, sauted chopped garlics, then keep in the refrigerator for about 1 day. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 2 hours.

Now I know what to do with leftover yogurt! Looks so good.
This looks quite healthy. I have to try this for my kids.
