Easy and simple to make :)
Ingredients :
250 g fusilli, boiled until Al dente
750 g potatoes, boiled then cut into slices
4 sausages
1 onion, cut into thin slices
1 - 2 cloves of garlic, bruised and chopped
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped selerie
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt.
saute onion and garlic with olive oil until fragrant, then stir in sausages, potatoes, fusilli. Sprinkle with chopped selerie.
