Marmer Pandan Cake

Marmer Cake

150 g flour
150 g margarine (me: 75 g butter+75 g margarine)
100 g sugar
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon chocolate powder
2 drops pasta pandan

directions :
Preheat oven to 180 °C 
sift flour and baking powder.
In a medium bowl, beat margarine+butter and sugar using electric mixer until smooth.
Add eggs, one by one, until well blended. 
Stir in flour,  mix until just combined. Divide cake mixture into 3, mix 1/4 batter with chocolate powder, 1/4 batter with pasta pandan.
Bake about 30 - 40 minutes or until cake tester/bamboo skewer inserted in centre is clean when removed.
