4 sausages, cut each sausage into 2 parts
2 eggs, beaten, add salt, pepper as desired
200 ml milkbreadcrumbs, as required
Cooking oil for frying
Dip each sandwich into milk. Place sausage on the sandwich and roll them. Dip the rolled sandwiches into the eggs then coat them with breadcrumbs. Fry the sandwiches in the deep fryer until golden brown and drain with paper towel.
