Grilled Mackerel with Sweet Soy Sauce Sambal
Grilled mackerel is easy and quick to cook. I don´t think that you need the recipe, do you?
a juice of a lemon
salt, as desired
Methods: Heat the Grill. Clean and rinse the mackerels. Rub salt and lemon juice over the fish and leave for 15 minutes. Grill the fish until the skin a bit gold brown.
Sambal Kecap/Sweet Soy Sauce Sambal
1 cherry tomato, roughly sliced
1 shallot, sliced
6 bird´s green&red eye chillies, cut into small pieces
7 tablespoons Kecap Manis Bango/Sweet Soy Sauce
