Cappuccino Choco Ice Cream

Nothing can be beat ice cream to chill out, in the hot summer day. This is my second homemade ice cream after Cocopandan Ice cream. It sounds too much work to make my own ice cream, but I can create variations and select flavors, the ingredients, so I can have exactly what I want. Of course, it looks not as smooth like readymake ice cream from a store. I love homemade Ice Cream and cappuccino!

Ingredients:
2 eggs yolk
200 g castor sugar
400 g whipping cream
400 ml whole milk
100 ml hot water
10 tablespoons Nescafe Cappuccino Choco

Methods: dissolve the cappuccino choco in hot water and let it cool. Beat the egg yolk with the sugar, the dissolved cappuccino choco, milk and whipping cream. Switch on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the cooling bowl.

I've never made my own ice cream, but your recipe isn't that complicated at all. Maybe I'll give it a try.

to andaliman/pepy: emang klo lagi panas enaknya yg seger-seger.
to little corner of mine: Thanks
to kelly mahoney: you can also try it with your own creation. My family like the first one I made, coz they´re not coffee fans.
to Lia: kebayang deh klo di gurun sono panasnya kayak apa.
