I like Es Puter since I was a child. I used to buy the ice cream from travelling es puter vendor. Nowadays Es puter can be found during wedding party or traditional celebration feasts in Indonesian. Here, I have to make by myself because nobody sells that kind of ice cream.
1 egg yolk
100 ml Cocopandan (coconut+pandan leaves aroma) syrup, or any syrup as desired
200 ml coconut milk
200 ml whole milk
10 g vanilla sugar
directions: Beat the egg yolk ,vanilla sugar and cocopandan syrup. Add the coconut milk and milk while stirring constantly. Make sure that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
