Noodle-Tofu Schotel

A simple and easy recipe, I´ve got from mbak Yul. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I made slightly modification as usual :)

Ingredients:
3 packs of instant noodles ( I use "Indomie", fried noodles), cooked
5 eggs
400 g tofu, crushed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 spring onion, sliced
ground white pepper1 can corned beef
1 onion, sliced
frozen spinach
250 g ricotta

grated cheese

Prepare a pyrex and grease with margarine.
Combine noodles with 3 eggs.
Mix tofu with garlics, spring onion, ground white pepper and 2 eggs, salt to taste.
Saute onion then add corned beef. Stir for about 3 minutes, set aside.
Combine ricotta with spinach,
Pour the mixture into the pyrex:
first layer: a half of noodle mixture
second layer: tofu mixture
third layer: corned beef
fourth layer: ricotta and spinach mixture
fifth layer: the rest of noodle mixture. Sprinkle top of noodles with grated cheese
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
