Kering Tempe/Spicy fried Tempeh


Kering Tempe/spicy fried Tempeh are often served with nasi kuning/yellow rice, nasi Langgi, nasi uduk or even only with steamed rice as side dishes.

Ingredients:
2 x 325 g tempeh, finely sliced
10 hot red chillies
4 cloves garlic
1-2 tablespoons palm sugar
salt, as desired
cooking oil for frying

directions: fry sliced tempe in deep frying pan until crunchy, drain with paper towel. Grind chillies and garlics then stir fry with about 4 tablespoons cooking oil. Add fried tempe, sugar and salt. Ready to serve with nasi kuning or nasi langgi or nasi uduk etc.

di toko langganan Dong Thai ada dua merk tempe satu buatan vancouver satu lagi buatan Toronto, yg buatan Toronto asli aneh, yg buatan Vancouver persis sama kyk di Indo dan ternyata yg buat org Indo juga
