Another receipt of Brownies that I´ve got from my mother in law. See also my steamed brownies receipt here.
200 g all purpose flour
75 g cacao powder
300 g castor sugar
200 ml cooking oil or margarine, melted
50 g almond
directions: preheat oven to 180°C. Line base and sides of 28x40 cm baking pan with baking paper. Put eggs and sugar into bowl of electric mixer, beat on high speed until mixture is thick and creamy about 10 minutes. Fold cooking oil into mixture, beat until mixture just combined. Sift dry ingredients (flour and cocoa powder), gently fold into mixture, stir with spatula quickly or beat with low speed. Make sure tha all flour is mixed in. Pour mixture evently into baking pan. Bake in oven 15 to 20 minutes.
