My second challenge for KBB#5,
since I´ve joined Indonesian Baking Club (KBB). I bought only 3 mini tart tins with diameter about 12 cm, so I made only a half of the recipe below. I don´t have any problem to make the pastry. When I started to make filling, upppsss......I had no brown sugar in my kitchen. Hmm...the filling should to be brown, caramel of white sugar can help to get similar colour. Yessss..... I get it and taste good but still too sweet for me!
My kids´quick breakfast is almost similar everyday such us toast bread with salami or jam, sometimes with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and sliced cucumber, scrumbled eggs. For weekend: Fried rice and instant noodles :). Inspired by Elsye, I think .....why don´t make something different for breakfast. I decided to make pancakes as my entry for breakfast recipe remix event hosted by Robin & Daniele.
Pixie You say Tomahto, I say tomayto and Rosie bakes a ´Peace´ of Cake arranged a preserved event called Putting Up. Though I don´t have many experiences to make preserves, I really like to participate this event.Traditionally, fruit preserves are made from fruit combined with sugar and the use of pectin. Pineapple contains only little pectin, but I don´t add more pectin. Just made it in a simple way.
I posted the recipe in Bahasa Indonesia here.

This is the first time, I cook Bakmoy (direct translation means Pork Porridge). Because I don´t eat Pork, substituted with chicken instead. After searching in internet, I decided to use my friend recipe at unser imbiss with slighly modification. Hmmm... Bakmoy is Indonesian Chinese dish, so that I could join Mochachocolata Rita´s chinese take out party for celebrating her 88th post.
